With the tree finally up, time to bring out some of the Christmas cheer.
I made these a couple of Christmases ago, along with the table runners from fabric I had left-over from the quilt.
My brother-in-law gave me this pattern for Christmas a few years ago. It took me nearly two months to finish. All the frames were made custom made by him, and framed by me.

Some left-over 2x4s hubby cut out for me, made over with the good old paint brush.
Some 3-D Trees I designed and hubby cut out for me.
Another cute pattern. I borrowed this one from my sister-in-law.(This one's obviously not as time consuming.)
Glass jars hubby gave me for Valentine's Day, ready for the season.
Some thrifted dishes
Yet another cross-stitch!
Most important of all . . .
The Reason for the Season.
Merry Christmas!
cute and homey ideas!

Very cute! Your stitchery is gorgeous. I so wish I could sew.

All your decorations are wonderful! I LOVE the two quilt runners on the table!! That beautiful stitchery only took you two months! It would take me two years probably - love the others too. I really like the blocks too. I've been looking for some vintagey ones that spell joy and I may just have to squeeze out some time to make them since I can't find them.
ReplyDeleteGreat job - everything looks fantastic!
